Eclectic Mix of Nature Photos Taken This August 2011.

Gotcha

This last week of August for us has seen little action on the nature photography front. With rain falling and a brisk breeze blowing on most mornings meant that the insects stayed well hidden until the afternoon sun came out. These are a few images that we managed to capture while out and about in the Sandhurst Berkshire area.

We visited the Moor Green Lakes Nature Reserve for some lovely shots of butterflies, water birds and a roe deer buck that we surprised. These lakes are reclaimed gravel pits that lie long side the Blackwater river. A very quiet and peaceful area to photograph wildlife in.
